2 hour online precourse; 6-7 hour in-person instructor class; monitored teaching.

For any person who wants to learn how and be certified to teach American Heart Association BLS, BLS Renewal and Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED classes and BLS and Heartsaver Skills Sessions.

Prerequisites: Current BLS Provider card & complete "BLS Instructor Essentials" online (available when registering for class).

1. AHA requires the completion of the AHA BLS Instructor Essentials Online class (added to your order below) prior to the Instructor class.

2. AHA requires that each Instructor Candidate have the current digital (eBook) or *printed Instructor textbook at this course. If you do not have either, please add either an eBook or printed manual to your order.

*Shipping for printed textbooks or manuals is Only Available 8+ days prior to the class. If you choose a printed textbook or manual, please select a class greater than 8 days in the future. A digital textbook (eBook) is sent with your receipt when you complete your registration.
